Frequently asked questions
Do you work with businesses outside a specific industry?
Yes. Our work is not tied to any single industry. We work with operations-led businesses in logistics, field services, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and more. If your business runs on operational data you are not fully using — fragmented systems, manual reporting, reactive decisions — we can help. Industry does not matter as much as data maturity and the willingness to act on findings.
We're not a tech company — can we still benefit from this?
Absolutely. Most of our clients are not technology companies. They are owner-operators, VPs of Operations, and business managers running 50–500-person organizations on spreadsheets, legacy ERPs, and field apps that do not talk to each other. You do not need an in-house data team or a cloud-first infrastructure. The Readiness Sprint is specifically designed to meet you where you are and tell you exactly what is possible with what you already have.
What does an engagement actually look like?
Most clients start with a Readiness Sprint — a 2–4 week assessment where we inventory your data systems, score data quality, and prioritize use cases by ROI and feasibility. You get a written scorecard and a 90-day pilot plan. From there, clients either run a Pilot Build on their highest-value use case (6–10 weeks) or move to Managed Intelligence for ongoing support. Every milestone is agreed in writing before work begins.
How quickly can we see results?
Initial findings from a Readiness Sprint typically land within 2–4 weeks. Pilot results are measurable within 60–90 days of Pilot Build completion. The Managed Intelligence program delivers ongoing improvement on a monthly cadence — model updates, action lists, and KPI reviews every month. Early results depend on data readiness; the Readiness Sprint tells you exactly where you stand before any build investment.
What about data security?
We use least-privilege access throughout every engagement — read-only credentials where possible, scoped to the systems relevant to your use case. We document every data access point, maintain audit logs, and apply enterprise-grade data governance practices. We work within your existing security perimeter and do not require you to move data to external systems unless that is explicitly part of the agreed scope.
What data systems do you work with?
We connect to operational historians and control systems, ERP and financial platforms, CRM and customer data systems, fleet and asset management tools, IoT and interval sensor data, and any structured exports your business already produces — CSV, Excel, database views, API feeds. We assess your specific systems during the Readiness Sprint so you know exactly what is usable before committing to a build.
Do you require us to replace our existing systems?
No. InfraIntellect is designed to work with what you already run. We connect to existing operational systems, asset management platforms, ERP, CRM, and data exports without requiring rip-and-replace investments. If a specific system upgrade would meaningfully improve outcomes, we will flag it — but it is never a requirement to get started or to see value from the engagement.
Who owns the models and outputs?
You do. All models, reports, scorecards, and workflow documentation produced during your engagement are your property. We do not retain rights to your data, your outputs, or the insights derived from your systems. This is stated explicitly in every engagement contract.
